TopHat® Dura tips consist of two highly precision machined parts - an INSERT and a THREADED TIP.
The insert is fitted into the shaft and has an integrated rubber O ring right behind the thread. This perfectly prevents the screw tip from loosening. The screw tip has a 5 mm overhang over the most sensitive part of carbon shafts and provides them with 100% protection against damage.
This system has been tested by being shot into a concrete wall and the results showed outstanding survival rates.
